Introduction about HTML :

HTML Stands for Hypertext Markup Language. it was created  by Tim Berners Lee in 1992. this is a language used to develop webpages. it is interpreted by browsers. it's definition is composed of following elements...

  • Hypertext: Hypertexts or hyperlinks. It's a method by which we can move around on the web by clicking on special text called hyperlinks, which bring us to the next webpage .
  • Markup: It refers to the symbol or sequence of  characters added to the simple text to define the structure of  the text. the symbols used for markup tell the browser how to display text on the screen.
  • Language: It refers to the syntax. It is similar to any other language. A Markup language is not a programming language.
